Yes, you are free to cancel your Repeat Order Subscription at any time, free of charge, after two completed orders. The fee for cancellation before two completed orders will be at the same price as your first Repeat Order order. How will I know when to expect my next Repeat Order?

You will receive an email 3 days prior to us taking payment, you then have this time to pause, edit or even cancel your Repeat Order.

Terms & Conditions

All terms listed in our main terms and conditions, returns policy and delivery pages apply to 'Repeat Order' purchases.

On top of the above, the below extra terms and conditions apply to all 'Repeat Order' purchases.

1. Thumper's Pet Supplies Limited retains the right to modify all subscriptions without notice. This includes the right to change the price of products that are already part of an on-going subscription.

2. *Customers can cancel their Repeat Order Subscriptions at any time, free of charge, after two completed orders. The fee for cancellation before two completed orders will be at the same price as your first Repeat Order Subscription order. This can be done by logging into your account or by calling Thumper's Pet Supplies on 01234 781244

3. Repeat Order's cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or limited time offers on the Thumper's Pet Supplies website.

4. Customers can modify their Repeat Order Subscription at any time by logging into their account or by calling Thumper's Pet Supplies on 01234 781244

5. Repeat Order Subscriptions will be cancelled if for any reason Thumper's Pet Supplies Limited chooses to dis-continue (de-list) a product from their range.

6. If, for any reason, your chosen product is not available/in stock when the system comes to make a recurring order, you (the customer) will be notified of the delay and if necessary a substitute product will be offered in place of your usual product at the same price.
