Nationwide Delivery - *** Now Includes frozen products ***
We offer next day nationwide shipping to most of the UK. Delivery charges are calculated on total shipping weights of your order including packaging. For all orders over £60 Nationwide shipping will be Free.
Our Current Prices are:
- Under 2kg = £3.49 - Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Under 20kg = £7.99 - APC Next Day Before 1600
- Each additional 10kg = £4.99
We aim to dispatch most orders placed before Midday the same day (Excluding Bank Holidays) although some postcodes are 48 hr delivery and delays sometimes happen, please be aware we do allow 48 hours for ALL deliveries via courier and we will not take responsibly for deliveries refused within this time, Our temperature controlled boxes will keep the food frozen and partially thawed food can be refrozen. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Please Note: Orders containing frozen products need a minimum 6kg of frozen products to ensure they stay chilled during transit.
We personally deliver all orders within a 15 mile radius of our home address (MK43 7HS).
We offer free local delivery on all orders over £15 and if under charge just £1.99 for deliveries up to 10 miles and £3.99 for deliveries up to 15 miles. Deliveries within 1 mile will be free of charge!
If you fall within our 15 mile local delivery radius then you will be able to select it at checkout.
Local delivery’s are carried out once per week (currently on Thursdays), this means you can take advantage of our ‘Repeat Order’ Subscriptions when choosing your pets’ favourites.
To ensure a delivery on a Thursday the cut of time for orders is Midday the Wednesday before. This ensures we have enough time to pack and prepare your orders for our deliveries.
Click and collect
Our Click and Collect service is available by appointment only, from our home address located in Radwell, Bedfordshire. If you wish to place an order for collection this can be done either online, over the phone or by emailing email@example.com.
If in stock, orders are normally ready to collect the same day as your order being placed, but Brett or Laura will be in touch upon receipt of your order to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
Unfortunately as we run our business from our home address and are not a shop we are unable to accept walk-in customers to ensure the safety of both our staff and visitors. However we now offer a shop in store by appointment, you can make an appointment on our Facebook page or by contacting us by phone or email to arrange a suitable time.
If you wish to place an order for international delivery this can be done either over the phone or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then get a quote for your shipping and get back to you within 24hours, if you are happy with this quote we will then process your order for you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you have the right, as per The Consumer Act, to an exchange or refund.
Damaged or wrong products:
We personally pick, pack and deliver your orders and do our upmost to deliver the correct goods undamaged. However mistakes and accidents can happen.
Change of mind:
Did you order the wrong product or would like to exchange for a different product?
By law you have 14 days to notify us from when you receive your order. You can notify us by phone (01234 781 244), email (email@example.com) or via our social media pages. You will then be responsible (including any shipping fees) to return the products back to us within the required 14 days and we will then either replace or issue a refund.
All returned products must be returned in the same condition you received them in.
